Although BUSTED -- A Whistleblower's Guide to the War on Drugs is a book suitable for attorneys, the book is also important for all U.S. citizens to read. This is because it explains the meaning of republican citizenship and it defines citizens' natural physical and political rights under American constitutions. In particular it shows that, as there are two jurisdictions operating in the U.S. constitution – the natural law and the positive law, and that there are also two types of U.S. citizens – ones created under natural law and ones created under positive law. As readers shall see, this previously forgotten and little known information is essential to civic consciousness and to maintaining a republic form of government, as promised in the U.S. constitution. For this reason alone, all high school Government and Civics teachers should incorporate the book into your curricula. Because the book distinguishes this republican form of government from non-republican forms which are all authoritarian, such as monarchies and dictatorships, then just about everyone in the world – with the exception of monarchs and dictators – will benefit from reading it. In this manner the book is an attempt to raise legal and political standards of everyone throughout the world. This is achievable only by knowing the attributes of a republican form of government, with its basis in natural law. After people discover the natural attributes of America's republics, they will wish to be citizens of one. Hopefully after Americans learn what republics are, they will help restore America's republican form of government to its rightful place. So, be the first on your block to learn the powers and privileges of U.S. citizenship. I promise BUSTED -- A Whistleblower's Guide to the War on Drugs will make you a better American. No one should vote without first reading it. -- Kurt St. Angelo, author
