Letter to America's political prisoners
March, 2018
You may be a victim of America's
unlawful judicially-waged war on drugs
Dear political prisoners,
If you have an arrest record for a drug offense, or are in jail for drug possession or drug dealing, then the contents of this website may be helpful to you. The information is good -- that is, it is supported by essentially incontrovertible constitutional, statutory and case law -- but its efficacy depends upon government officials' response to it.
Given these officials' lack of education in the proper form of our government, then we cannot put our faith in them to do the right thing on their own initiative. Thus, although my materials are meant to be your legal panacea, they are not meant to give you false hope.
If government officials respond properly to the materials on this website, then everyone who is confined in an American prison solely for a nonviolent drug offense will be released. If these officials respond improperly, by conspiring to continue to violate people's rights, then my materials provide civil rights attorneys and legal malpractice attorneys with the means to confront both officials and drug defense attorneys for their wrongful acts and omissions.
I invite you to explore this website, and to share it with both fellow political prisoners and your private and public defenders. The latter have a legal duty to you to read and to understand this website's contents, which defines their legal standard.
Consequently, my information may help get you out of jail or clean up your "criminal" record (and I pray that it does), but don't forget that it is really intended to correct wrongdoing in our government, to improve the legal profession and the justice system, and to make you a better citizen.
My 6-part audio presentation is a great place to start. It explains how drug laws are to operate and how government officials and defense attorneys have been defrauded into believing that drug possession and dealing are crimes. For a more thorough understanding, consult my two self-published law books: America's Republican Form of Government (2017) and BUSTED -- A Whistleblower's Guide to the War on Drugs (2015).
Ultimately, most drug offenders are in jail only because American governments do not follow their own drug laws, and now operate as non-republics, instead of in the republican form of government, to which we are constitutionally entitled. Non-republics legislatively define crime -- as a king or dictator would -- so as to enslave disfavored people instead of real criminals. Consequently, this campaign to end America's unlawful judicially-waged war on drugs is -- more importantly -- a campaign to restore our republican form of government, with its various separations of power.
This website and my books have everything that defense attorneys need to defend your natural, constitutional and legal rights. But if they need more help understanding my materials, then have them email me. (If you email me about your legal problems, I will likely either not respond or not respond nicely.) In any event, I wish you the very best.
Sincerely yours,
Kurt St. Angelo
